Monitor, Evaluate and Respond: Use Measurement to Demonstrate Performance
Wednesday, September 25, 12:30 p.m. ET
Development and implementation of a well-thought out strategic plan sets your business in motion and a well-monitored plan allows your organization to succeed. In business there are a lot of things that require your attention. How much money your organization makes and how much it spends is monitored through an eye on the revenues and expenses of your organization. Assurance that you meet the minimum standards of your licensure, regulations or contractual obligations are met through compliance oversight and the evidence for how well you provide services is seen through quality measurement.
Quality measurement for long term services and supports is an evolving field. Not only do CBOs need to know how to demonstrate their performance, but they also need to know how to connect with the health payers they want to work with.
Join the HCBS Business Acumen Center on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 12:30 – 1:30P Eastern as Torshira Moffett, Director of Product Development with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) describes the differences between structure, process and outcome measures and discusses how CBOs can impact measures health plans use to evaluate their performance.
This webinar will be of interest to leaders of community-based organizations, specifically people responsible for quality measurement, contracting, marketing and operational monitoring.
This one hour webinar is available as part of the Business Acumen for Disabilities Grant provided by the Administration for Community Living to the National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities in collaboration with national partners .
